Acceptance of These Terms

By using this website or submitting equipment for evaluation to Cellular Associations ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are acting on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Quotes and Offers

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee an offer or purchase. Quotes are based on the information you provide and may depend on inspection, condition, ownership verification, account status, and current market demand. An offer may be revised or withdrawn if the equipment received differs materially from the submitted description, or if eligibility issues are discovered.

Offers are not binding on either party until both parties confirm the sale, including payment terms and transaction documentation.

Seller Representations

By submitting equipment, you represent and warrant that you or your organization legally owns the equipment or is legally authorized to sell it; that all required internal approvals have been obtained; and that the equipment is not lost, stolen, subject to an undisclosed finance agreement, or otherwise restricted from sale.

We may decline any device, including activation-locked, account-locked, financed, lost, stolen, or otherwise restricted devices. We may require identification, proof of ownership or authorization, and transaction documentation, and may verify device identifiers against carrier or industry databases.

Data on Devices

You are responsible for backing up and removing all data, accounts, passwords, and personal or business information (including any regulated or confidential information) from devices before sale, and for removing devices from personal, company, and carrier accounts (including activation locks and mobile device management). We do not provide certified data destruction services and are not responsible for data left on devices.

Payment

Payment methods, amounts, and timing are confirmed with you before the sale is completed. No payment obligation arises until the sale is confirmed by both parties.

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false or misleading information, or upload unlawful or malicious content. Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

This website and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any transaction is limited to the amount paid or payable to you for the equipment in that transaction, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of a breach of your representations above, including claims that sold equipment was not owned by you or was not authorized for sale.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
